Each year Rigpa’s centres hold a series of practices before and after the Tibetan new year, to remove obstacles from the old year and create auspicious circumstances for the coming year.<\/p>\n
All sessions are held and guided by Rigpa Senior Practice Holders and the practice comes alive with carefully selected, short evocative teachings that are shared during the practice.
