Jeff Middleton

Jeff Middelton first became interested in Buddhism while traveling in India and reading Le Livre tibétain de la vie et de la mort in 2002. He has since been a dedicated student of Sogyal Rinpoche for twenty years and an instructor with Rigpa for over eight years. He participated in the Home Retreat Intensive Programme from 2006-2013, and has avidly attended many Rigpa retreats over the years. Of foremost importance, Rinpoche’s direct approach to teaching and his devotion to his teachers has been a transformative influence in his life. He lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife, after having raised four boys; and is winding up his life-long career as an architect.
