Jeff Middleton

Jeff Middelton first became interested in Buddhism while traveling in India and reading Das tibetische Buch vom Leben und vom Sterben in 2002. He has since been a dedicated student of Sogyal Rinpoche for twenty years and an instructor with Rigpa for over eight years. He participated in the Home Retreat Intensive Programme from 2006-2013, and has avidly attended many Rigpa retreats over the years. Of foremost importance, Rinpoche’s direct approach to teaching and his devotion to his teachers has been a transformative influence in his life. He lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife, after having raised four boys; and is winding up his life-long career as an architect.
