Rigpa Sangha Survey - Thank you and first findings
International Steering Group
First and foremost, we want to thank each and every one of you who shared your needs, insights and interests through the Rigpa sangha survey last December. So many of you really took time to write thoughtfully and honestly which is so valuable.
This is the first in a series of sangha blog posts sharing the findings that will gradually emerge from this survey over the coming months, as well as the actions that are being taken in response.
There is so much to discover from the answers you’ve provided through this survey. The 1200 responses, which included 5000 text responses, offer a rich pool of information which is already helping us better understand our dharma community, and identify ways we can shape Rigpa together. It is also adding to a number of key initiatives like the programme, curriculum, care of local centres and more. As you read the findings, you may also discover your own new insights into our sangha community.
To give you a first glimpse into the survey findings, these graphs provide the summary of the answers to each multiple choice question. To find out more about the first insights and existing projects and initiatives related to these themes, read the first report here.
We hope you enjoy this first round of feedback from the Rigpa Sangha survey. More reports will follow as the results are gradually analysed more fully.
If there are specific areas you want to hear more about from the survey, leave a comment to this post.
Thank you again for being part of this sangha endeavour.
